GarageBand:
Turning your GarageBand work into an audio file in iTunes


When your GarageBand project is complete and 100% the way you want it, follow the next steps.

  • Click "Share" up top
    • Click "Send Podcast to iTunes"
    • A block will appear
      • Click "Share" in the bottom right corner
    • GarageBand will begin creating your work....let it run it's processes (This can take awhile, be patient)
    • iTunes will automatically open
      • A block will appear asking you to agree to terms
        • Click "Agree" in the bottom right corner
      • Another block will appear
        • Click "Next" 5 times
        • Click "Done"
      • iTunes will automatically start playing your audio
      • You may have to click "Close" on a tutorial block that appears
      • Drag your audio track from iTunes to your desktop for transferring to flash drive
